I've never seen this issue before.
Refreshing, and reloading the page has not helped resolve the issue.
This is the first time I've seen it. No idea what might have caused it.

Ok seen. It's a bug. You can by pass it by selecting the other X card (in your opponent row), perform the action and then refresh, and everything will be ok. But you are right, that's not normal use case. I will try to improve it.
