Same thing happened to me in a "finish current round, before eclipse scoring happens"
F5 didn't resolve nor did trying on different devices or in different browsers.
Happened to me as well on move 149 of the linked table. On my turn, I had ascended a worker, and was trying to select the extra worker ascension bonus, but misclicked the temple track instead. I checked the “ask for undo” option after my turn, and pressed “skip” to not gain a temple track bonus. At the end of my turn, I tried to undo and got the error described in this report.
