I am having the same issue. I am using the phone app. It doesn't give an error message it just asks me to vote again whether I vote for meself or the other player. We are going to have to abandon the game...

In the meantime, playing with an even number of players should make this happen much less frequently.

If you mean the bug might happen more frequently, that I wouldn't know about. But an odd number of players means a tie can't even happen. (Except the first round or the odd case that both champion & challenger are the same person.) I nearly always play with six, and have definitely had ties, but I've not seen the bug before recently.

I've apparently voted 3 times now.
Only difference I see between this time and last time I had to break a tie is that I wanted to vote the champion memory this time rather than my own challenger.

This particular bug is still alive and well. Just had to abandon three games because of the bug.

Table #142353773, same problem as a challenger. I'm using Chrome v. 88.0.4324.146. It's been happening for a while now, i was forced to leave other tables before this one for the same reason.

This same problem happened on Table #160911206. There was a tie in the votes, and the player who had to break the tie was not able to successfully complete this step. This has happened any time we have played and encountered a tie.

table 171949116 had it as well. We got through the first sentence, voted for it above the random sentence, got to the next sentence, one person voted for the new sentence, one for the old one, the active player was told to break the tie, and they clicked to vote for their own sentence, the chat log showed they had voted, but nothing else happened. They then clicked the vote for the old sentence, and it showed up in the chat log, but nothing else happened. They then spammed clicking on either vote and nothing continued to happen except the chat log saying they voted.

same situation. The game asks you to break a tie by voting either for the champion memory or the challenger memory. No matter which one you choose over and over again, the question is being asked and you can't end your turn. All tiles can be selected and when clicking on them rotated for some reason when this bug happens.

I've tried voting from Safari (iPhone and macOS) and from Chrome (regular and incognito, Windows and macOS).
I guess we'll abandon the game, too.

Refreshing and the other steps of BGA trouble-shooting didn't help, and it occurs (so far) every time I've loaded this table - we've not had a tie-break before so can't say if it happens every tie-break.

table 207992411, same problem. This happens every time, including upon reloading the website. Game recognized that I voted, but continued having me try to vote. Will abandon if other players agree.

I looked in the code, and the origin of the bug is quite straightforward. If I can get write access to the original project I can probably fix it. Can I get this access?

We're getting the same thing in our table - boardgamearena.com/3/rememberwhen?table=462829835 - and it doesn't seem to matter what browser, or device the tie break vote is cast from. The history of the moves shows the vote was cast 40+ times but the game is still stuck.
