i assume from the screenshot that you played in portrait mode ?

According to specs screen should be:
10.2 inches (260 mm) 2,160 × 1,620 px (264 ppi) with a 4:3 aspect ratio
And no, the screenshot is actually from landscape mode.

At first, in landscape mode, there is the overlap.
When I tilt to portrait the view changes and icons become smaller and over multiple rows.
Then when I tilt back to landscape, icons remain smaller so there is no overlap anymore - until I refresh and get back the original landscape view.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
