In The Last Droids, you are an Ecomechanic, a sort of robot repairman in a New World, a world of depleted natural resources. Your goal: to help humanity survive by repairing, recycling or constructing pieces of robots from the Old World. You have to select the best droid wrecks, manage your resources and build the most efficient collection!
Every turn, you draw 2 droids cards and then choose which droid to give to your opponent, and which to keep. Then, you choose to recycle or repair your Droid, or to sacrifice it to build a House. There are 7 types of droids cards, each with unique abilities: water management, harvest, communication, collection, market, shed or house.
The game is made of seasons of 8 turns and it finishes after 3 seasons. At the end of the third season, or when all the House Droids have been built, the Ecomechanic with the most Recycling Points is granted the Medal of the Order of the Leaf, the ultimate distinction.

У гульні Апошнія дроіды вы экамеханік, нешта накшталт рамонтніка робатаў у Новым Свеце, свеце з вычарпанымі прыроднымі рэсурсамі. Ваша мэта: дапамагчы чалавецтву выжыць, рамантуючы, перапрацоўваючы або ствараючы часткі робатаў са Старога Свету. Вам трэба выбраць лепшыя абломкі дроідаў, кіраваць сваімі рэсурсамі і стварыць найбольш эфектыўную калекцыю!
Кожны ход вы цягнеце 2 карты дроідаў, а потым выбіраеце, якога дроіда аддаць суперніку, а якога пакінуць сабе. Затым вы выбіраеце, перапрацаваць або адрамантаваць свайго дроіда, альбо ахвяраваць ім, каб пабудаваць дом. Ёсць 7 тыпаў карт дроідаў, кожны з якіх мае унікальныя здольнасці: кіраванне вадой, збор ураджаю, сувязь, збор, рынак, хлеў або дом.
Гульня складаецца з сезонаў па 8 хадоў і заканчваецца пасля 3 сезонаў. У канцы трэцяга сезона, або калі ўсе хатнія дроіды будуць пабудаваны, экамеханік з найбольшай колькасцю ачкоў перапрацоўкі атрымлівае медаль Ордэна Ліста, найвышэйшую ўзнагароду.
